Board of Directors

Community Rides Vermont’s Board of Directors is responsible for organizational direction, financial oversight, and policy. The Board consists of no less than five (5) members and no more than fifteen (15).

The Board typically meets bi-monthly (six times a year), and Board Committees meet on an as-needed basis.

Currently there are three (3) Board Committees to include Finance, Operations, and the Executive Committee.
