About Our Service

NEED A RIDE? GOPHER IT!

Gopher is a new transportation service operated by Community Rides Vermont that serves Washington County and neighboring towns in Orange County. Gopher aims to meet rural Vermonter’s everyday transportation needs by providing convenient door-to-door rides to and from work, appointments, shopping, and social and recreational activities. Our Mobility For All services are intended to provide subsidized rides for individuals that are low-income and have limited or no access to transportation.

Gopher’s trained drivers provide you with safe, comfortable transportation in a fleet of zero-emissions electric SUVs. Our flexible scheduling and unique service model enables Gopher to serve those in harder to reach places and at times of the day when it’s harder to get a ride.

With Gopher, we make it easy to get where you need to go. You’re only a phone call away from your next ride. Stay tuned for our online booking app coming soon!
